I am inspired by the zen concept of ichi–go ichi–e, the idea that each meeting and each moment is unique and can never be repeated. I bring this philosophy into my clinical practice with the aim of providing each client individualized treatment to suit their needs in the present moment.
What drew me to Massage Therapy is the ability of the practitioner to the significantly improve health and wellness in a way that is natural and non–invasive. I greatly enjoy utilizing both my knowledge and intuition to help my clients attain their health goals. I received training in both Therapeutic and Relaxation and I have a special interest in Myofascial Release, which I am currently studying and blending with Massage in my treatments.
Outside of my practice you can find me challenging myself in a pair of running shoes or on a yoga mat.
