Life is about more than just living. Life is about living well. If there is one thing that I try to pass on to patients, it’s the realization that they have a great degree of power over how their life and health will unfold as the years pass. Even those already suffering from illness can tap into healing reserves they did not know they had.

As a Naturopathic Doctor, my practice philosophy begins with understanding the patient, their body, and exactly what it is they need to get better. This means looking beyond just the symptoms, which are only the tip of the iceberg, to the fundamental nature of the patient.

I have a diverse family practice and treat patients with a wide variety of health concerns. One of my roles within Vive is to provide specific treatments to our patients including prolotherapy, integrative cancer care, intravenous (IV) nutrient therapy, allergy treatment and a number of other specialized therapies that fall under the umbrella of Naturopathic Medicine.

Outside of the clinic, in my moments away from Naturopathic Medicine, I try to find as much time as I can to play soccer and tennis. I get into the mountains as often as I can. Camping, hiking, snowshoeing and skiing are some of my favourite stress relieving activities!
